ABOUT THE CLASS
Science Scouting: Finding Evidence of God’s Masterful Design in Nature
Instructor: Kristell Miller, PhD (Professor Woodsy Wild)

Explore the great outdoors while building real science skills! In this hands-on class, students will learn how to observe closely, track wildlife, use a compass, and think like young scientists.
Using the Science Scouts Fundamentals Workbook and simplified lessons from the Master Books series (Made in Heaven, Men of Science, Men of God, Discovery of Design), we’ll explore fascinating features of animals and plants, inventions inspired by nature, and stories of scientists who saw God’s hand in creation.
Each week will include guided outdoor exploration and nature science experiments, journaling, and interactive activities designed to spark wonder and discovery in the world God made.
